1. Acceptance of TermsThese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the
AI Content Distribution Engine provided by
Webflow Forge (“Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you (“User”, “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The
AI Content Distribution Engine is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) automation platform designed to generate and distribute SEO-oriented content.
The Service uses a combination of artificial intelligence technologies and automation tools, including but not limited to:
AI text generation systems, AI image generation, AI search systems, automation workflows API integrations.
These systems may include technologies such as:
Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Make, Supabase, Webflow APIs, social media platform APIs.
The Service automatically generates content and distributes it to connected platforms including:Webflow CMS websites social media platforms other connected servicesOnce configured, the system can operate automatically without manual intervention.Users configure:publishing frequencyconnected websitessocial media platformsautomation parametersposting mode (draft or automatic publishing)
3. Setup and Activation
Access to the Service requires a
one-time setup process performed by Webflow Forge.
The setup includes configuration of: AI automation workflows, platform integrations, publishing parameters, Webflow API connections, social platform integrations (if applicable).
The setup fee typically ranges between:
$500 – $1500 USD depending on configuration complexity.
After setup is completed, the automation system will begin operating according to the agreed configuration.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service operates on a
subscription-based model following the initial setup. Users agree to pay: a
one-time setup fee +recurring monthly subscription fees.
Subscription pricing depends on the service tier and publishing volume agreed between the Provider and the Client. Payments must be made in accordance with the billing schedule provided during purchase.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of service.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available
prior to significant usage of the system.
Due to the automated nature of the Service, once the system begins operating it consumes computing resources and AI credits.Refund conditions:
Refund may be issued if:
the system has
not been actively used, or the Client requests cancellation
immediately after initial setup and before significant system activity occurs.
Refund will
not be issued if:
the system has generated contentautomation workflows have executed, AI credits have been consumed, automated posting has begun.
Once the system is running and generating content, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
6. Automated Operation Disclaimer
The Service is designed to operate
automatically after initial setup.Depending on configuration, content may: be automatically published, orbe saved as draft for user review.
Users are responsible for selecting their preferred publishing mode.Webflow Forge does not guarantee that generated content will meet specific editorial, SEO, or business outcomes.
7. Content Responsibility
Users acknowledge that the Service generates content using artificial intelligence systems.
The Client is solely responsible for:reviewing generated contentverifying accuracyensuring legal complianceconfirming suitability for publicationThe Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or reliability of AI-generated content.
Users are responsible for ensuring that content complies with:copyright laws, platform policies, advertising standards, applicable regulations
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the Service for:illegal activity, spam distribution, misinformation campaigns, copyright infringement, abusive or harmful automation, attempts to exploit platform APIs, violating third-party platform policies.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs.
These may include but are not limited to: Webflow, social media platforms, AI providers, automation services, cloud infrastructure providers.
Webflow Forge is not responsible for: changes in third-party APIs, service outages, platform restrictions, account suspensions imposed by third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided
“as-is” and “as-available.”
Webflow Forge makes no guarantees regarding: SEO rankings, website traffic, lead generation, search engine indexing, social media reach.
Webflow Forge shall not be liable for any: loss of revenue, SEO penalties, search engine penalties, platform restrictions, content inaccuracies, business interruptions, indirect or consequential damages, arising from use of the Service.
11. Data Storage and Integrations
The Service stores limited operational data necessary to run the automation.
This may include: generated post links, AI-generated images, automation workflow data, API connection tokens for integrations.
These systems may rely on infrastructure including
Supabase and automation platforms.
The Service may connect to: Webflow websites via API, social media accounts, automation platforms.
Users are responsible for providing secure API credentials.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, automation workflows, and technology used to operate the Service remain the
exclusive property of Webflow Forge.
Clients retain full ownership of: generated articles, generated images, published content created by the system. Clients are free to use generated content for their business operations.
13. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed: cancellation takes effect
at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
Upon cancellation: automated publishing workflows may be disabled, integrations may be disconnected.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
Webflow Forge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of: non-payment, abuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, harmful or illegal activity, misuse of automation systems.
Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
15. Modifications to the Service
Webflow Forge reserves the right to:update the Service, modify features, adjust automation processes, update AI systems. Service updates may occur without prior notice.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in
Israel, while allowing service usage by clients located in
the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.
