These terms apply to the Webflowforge website and services provided by Pavel Vainshtein, based in Kiryat Bialik, Israel.
Webflowforge provides website planning, UX/UI design, Webflow development, CRM integration, marketing operations (MarOps), revenue operations (RevOps), workflow automation and AI integration. Deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees and ongoing support are defined in the accepted proposal or service agreement. A specific written agreement takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict, subject to applicable law.
The accepted quote specifies payment milestones, currency and applicable taxes. Hosting, domains, software subscriptions, AI usage and third-party services are included only when expressly stated. Changes outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement on fees and timing. Existing client agreements remain in effect.
You are responsible for supplying accurate information, timely feedback, necessary account access and materials you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for your business claims, privacy notices and lawful collection and use of customer data. Delayed inputs or approvals may affect delivery dates.
AI and automation are provided only within the agreed scope. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication or business use. Approval steps, connected systems, permissions and any automatic publishing are agreed for the project. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims and ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party policies. We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, revenue or the accuracy of AI-generated output.
Webflow, CRM providers, automation tools, AI providers and other platforms have their own terms, fees and availability. Changes to their APIs, plans or policies can affect integrations. We are not responsible for third-party outages or restrictions outside our control; maintenance and changes are covered only to the extent agreed.
You retain rights to materials you provide. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables follow your written project agreement. Pre-existing Webflowforge tools, reusable workflows and methods remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets and software remain subject to their own licences.
Do not use our website or services for unlawful activity, spam, infringement, abusive content or unauthorised access. Each party should protect confidential project information and use account access only for the agreed work. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information through public enquiry forms.
Cancellation, completed work, committed costs and any refunds are handled under the accepted agreement and our Refund Policy, subject to mandatory legal rights. Recurring services, when purchased, follow their agreed billing and cancellation terms. This page does not retroactively change an existing contract.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to any specific written commitments, website information and services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or particular commercial results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent legally permitted. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These general terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Updates are posted with a revised date and do not override an existing written agreement without the required agreement of the parties.
