Webflow Forge – AI Content Distribution Engine

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to the AI Content Distribution Engine provided by Webflow Forge. The Service includes: a one-time setup fee, a recurring monthly subscription.

Because the Service operates through automated AI systems and consumes computing resources and third-party credits once activated, refund eligibility is limited as described below.

2. Setup Fee Refunds
The one-time setup fee covers the configuration and deployment of the automation system, including: AI workflow setup, platform integrations, API connections, automation configuration, publishing settings.

Refunds for the setup fee may be issued only under the following condition: The Client requests a refund immediately after setup and before the system begins generating or publishing content. Once the automation system has started operating and has generated content, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the system has begun operating. The subscription includes ongoing access to: AI content generation, automation workflows, API integrations, system infrastructure.

Because the Service consumes third-party AI credits and computing resources during operation, refunds cannot be issued once the system has been used.

4. System Usage and Credit Consumption
The Service operates through automated processes that may include: AI text generation, AI search queries, AI image generation, automation workflows, content publishing.

Once these processes begin executing, system credits and infrastructure resources are consumed. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued after the system has performed automation tasks.

5. Early Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of their subscription at any time. Unless otherwise agreed: the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. The system may continue operating until that cycle endsno prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription timeIf the Client prefers, Webflow Forge may disable the automation earlier upon request.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, Webflow Forge may issue refunds at its sole discretion if: the Service fails to function due to a technical error on the provider's side, the system cannot be deployed as agreed, the automation cannot operate due to system limitations.

These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Webflow Forge directly before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after using the Service may result in: immediate termination of service, permanent suspension of access, possible legal action if abuse is detected.
