This policy covers Webflowforge services provided by Pavel Vainshtein in Kiryat Bialik, Israel, including planning, design, development, CRM, automation, AI integration and ongoing support.
The accepted proposal or service agreement defines your scope, payment milestones, cancellation terms and any refund commitments. This general policy does not retroactively change existing agreements or limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
If you need to cancel or pause a project, contact us promptly in writing. Any balance or refund is assessed against the agreed terms, work already completed and non-recoverable third-party costs committed for your project. A payment is not automatically refundable or non-refundable solely because it is described as a deposit; the agreement and applicable law govern.
Where you purchase a recurring support or automation service, the agreed billing cycle, notice period and cancellation terms apply. Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for work delivered or usage already incurred, unless the agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
AI credits, automation runs, hosting, domains and other third-party charges may be consumed or committed during delivery. Their treatment follows the agreed scope and the provider's refund terms. An unused future service and resources already consumed are assessed separately. Legacy automated-service contracts remain subject to the terms originally agreed.
If something is not working as agreed, send the details so we can review the issue and the applicable remedy. Any correction, credit or refund depends on the agreement, the work delivered and your legal rights. We do not guarantee a specific search position, traffic volume or commercial result.
Email pavel.vainshtein@webflowforge.com with your name, project or invoice reference, the payment concerned and the reason for your request. Do not send full payment-card details. We will review the request against the agreed terms. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory complaint, cancellation or payment-dispute rights.
