Workflow Analysis:
1) Trigger: When a Webflow CMS item changes to Published, n8n pulls the title, slug, hero image, and body text. No copy-pasting. No “send me the link.”
2) Normalize: n8n strips boilerplate, extracts headings, and creates a compact brief (what it is, who it’s for, what to do next). Operators hate this step. It’s the step that prevents garbage output.
3) Generate: n8n sends the brief to ChatGPT with strict templates: 3 LinkedIn posts (different angles), 5 X posts (thread + singles), and a 45-second video script with a hook and CTA. Temperature low. Constraints high.
4) Stage: n8n writes each asset into Airtable with fields for channel, word count, claim risk, and a “needs approval” status. One row per asset. Easy to audit.
5) Review loop: When an editor flips “approved,” n8n locks the text and tags it “ready for scheduling,” or kicks it back to ChatGPT with targeted feedback.

But the weird question remains: if distribution becomes this automatic, who owns the voice when it drifts? No one. Everyone. The system? Mina doesn’t answer it. She just ships, and the line keeps moving.

Make Repurposing Reliable With Clear Roles and Rules

Here’s the part people skip when they get excited about “automation”: governance. Not the boring compliance kind. The day-to-day question of who gets to say what, and how the system learns when it’s wrong without turning into a bureaucracy.

If we drop this into a real company, we need to treat repurposing like a production line with roles, gates, and a fallback when the line breaks. I’d set it up like this:

First, define a voice spec that’s actually operational. Not “confident, friendly, witty.” I mean a living doc with banned claims, approved CTAs, required disclaimers by channel, and examples of what “too salesy” looks like. Then bake it into the prompt and into Airtable fields. If “claim risk” is a field, it needs a rubric behind it, or it’s just vibes in a dropdown.

Second, make ownership explicit. Marketing owns the system, but product marketing owns the truth. Legal owns the red lines. Sales owns the “this is what prospects ask” feedback loop. If nobody has the right to veto a risky asset in Airtable, you’re just generating faster mistakes.

Third, ship a “kill switch.” When a product name changes, your workflow shouldn’t wait for Mina to notice. Add a simple glossary table (old term -> new term, allowed/blocked) and run a preflight scan before ChatGPT ever sees the brief. If it flags a blocked term, the asset never gets generated. It goes straight to “needs human rewrite.”

Fourth, decide what you’ll measure. Not likes. Throughput, approval time, and revision rate per channel. If revisions spike after a product update, that’s a systems problem, not an editor problem.

And yes, you’ll hit the weird part: voice drift. The fix isn’t “write better prompts.” It’s regular calibration. Once a week, pull the top and bottom performers, annotate why, and feed that back into templates and rules. That’s how the line gets smarter without getting slower.
