Webflowforge is a boutique web agency led by Pavel Vainshtein, specializing in marketing websites for SaaS and B2B companies. We design, develop, and automate sites primarily on Webflow, and also handle SEO and AI integrations.
Do you only work with Webflow, or also other platforms?
Webflow is our primary platform. We also build and maintain WordPress sites. We don't work with Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or other platforms.
How long does a typical website project take?
A full marketing website (design + development) typically takes 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on page count, revision cycles, and how quickly the client provides feedback. Simpler landing pages can be done in 1–2 weeks.
Do you provide copywriting?
We don't offer copywriting as a standalone service. Clients typically provide their own copy. We do help structure and organize content for maximum SEO and conversion impact.
Can I see your portfolio or examples of past work?
Yes — reach out and we'll share relevant case studies and live examples from clients in similar industries.
Do you work with clients outside of Israel?
Yes, we work with clients globally. Most communication happens over Slack, email, and video calls. We adapt our availability for international clients.
What do you need from me to get started?
To send a proposal, we need: a brief about your project goals, the number and type of pages, your timeline, whether you have existing branding/Figma files, and a rough budget range. A 30-minute discovery call is the fastest path.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly retainer plans for continuous support — page updates, new sections, performance monitoring, SEO reporting, and Webflow Editor training. One-off updates are also available.
Can you redesign my existing Webflow site?
Yes — we can redesign and rebuild an existing Webflow site or migrate from another platform. We'll audit your current site before proposing an approach.
Do you handle SEO as part of the website build?
Basic on-page SEO — meta titles, descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, sitemap, and robots.txt — is included in all our builds. Comprehensive SEO strategy and ongoing optimization are separate services.
What is GEO / AIO / AEO?
GEO refers to improving how clearly your business and expertise can be understood in AI-assisted search. Our work focuses on crawlable pages, useful answers, consistent business information, relevant internal links and evidence. Rankings, AI citations and recommendations are not guaranteed.
Can you integrate AI chatbots or automation into my Webflow site?
Yes — this is one of our specialties. We build AI chatbots including RAG-based agents, connect your site to CRM and email tools via Make/Zapier/n8n, and automate lead routing, form handling, and follow-up sequences.
What is a RAG agent and why would my site need one?
A RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) agent is an AI chatbot that answers questions based on a specific knowledge base — your services, product, FAQs — rather than general internet knowledge. Visitors get accurate, scoped answers about your company. It's cost-efficient because it only uses small, relevant chunks of text per question.
How do you handle project communication?
We use Slack for day-to-day communication, Figma for design review, and Loom for async walkthroughs. Weekly check-ins via video call on longer projects. You always have direct access to Pavel — no account manager layer.
Do you work with HubSpot or Salesforce?
Yes — we have deep experience with both. We can connect Webflow forms and lead flows to HubSpot or Salesforce, set up tracking, and automate lead routing between your CRM and other tools.
What's the payment structure?
Typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion for project-based work. Retainer plans are billed monthly. We accept bank transfer and major payment platforms. Payment terms are always specified in the proposal before any work begins.
Can you work from our Figma designs?
Yes — we can work from your existing Figma files, doing pixel-perfect implementation or refining rough mockups into polished designs before building. If you already have a designer, we integrate seamlessly.
